Illuminati.

The model had to keep very still for this photo. She was completely lit by the flashlights I placed around her, and no other lighting was used. The camera, a 35mm Olympus OM1n with a 50mm lens was placed on a tripod. Exposure was 12 seconds at f22. Ektachrome Professional 50 iso/asa film. The starbursts were added with 20 layers in Photoshop.

Boxed In.

This is my most published nude image. It was on both the front cover of "Psychology Today" magazine and the cover of my nude photography calendar. It was also published in the "Sciences" magazine. Taken with a Bronica 6x6 camera, plus Nikkor 200mm lens.

Contemplation.

Before I commence a photo session, I will spend a fair amount of time visualizing and drawing the poses, so I can direct the model to exactly the right position that I am looking for. Nikon 90s, with 70-200mm Nikkor lens.

Under the Lamplight

I prefer the simplicity of one light source when I am producing images. This Chinese lamp has a soft light, which is very useful in photographing the nude.Bronica 6x6 camera, with Nikkor 200mm lens.
